Welcome to my practice!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with several years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of mental health settings including: hospitals, private practice, college counseling, and community mental health. I earned a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and am certified by the National Register as a Health Service Provider in Psychology.

I provide adolescent, adult, couples, and family psychotherapy specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of depression, disordered eating, and anxiety. Special interests include women's mental health, body image concerns, binge eating and emotional overeating, relationship issues, and self-esteem issues. I believe each client is an individual with unique developmental, cultural, and life experiences that can affect their current ways of relating to others, their cognitions, and their patterns of behavior. I will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan to address these unique experiences and will provide a supportive environment and empathic understanding which will enable you to freely explore emotions, gain deeper self-awareness, and develop skills for coping with difficulties in the future.
