Diagnostic Clinical Interview $200.00 per session
Individual Psychotherapy - 45 Minutes $130.00 per session
Individual Psychotherapy - 60 Minutes $160.00 per session
Couples/Marital Psychotherapy $160.00 per session
Family Psychotherapy $160.00 per session
Letter Writing and Document Preparation $30.00/15 minutes
Representation in Legal Matters $300.00 per hour
Representation at School Mtgs. $30.00/15 minutes
Insurance:
Dr. Urani Liu is in network with the following insurance plans:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment:
- Cash or check are accepted as form of payment at the time of service.
- Credit card payments (Online via PayPal) are also accepted. (Please visit the "Make a Payment" Link to pay through this option).
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified the office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50.00 cancellation fee that is not reimbursable by insurance.
